International 10. Klasse

There is a tradition among many students in Denmark of taking an optional year of study at the age of 15-16 before pursuing career-specific goals at other institutions.  EIS offers an exciting and valuable ‘10. Klasse’ experience to such students.  Joining EIS for such a ‘Gap Year’ is excellent preparation for future opportunities where confident use of the English language is needed.  Our International 10. Klasse students will take trips outside of Denmark each semester for events that include participation in Model United Nations.  Join our International 10. Klasse for a chance to improve your English, interact with students from all around the world, to travel outside of Denmark and to be well-prepared for gymnasium success.

Esbjerg International School has full, purpose-built educational facilities which include large, well-lit classrooms, a gymnasium, library, football fields, large playgrounds and much green space.  English is the main language of instruction at EIS. Visiting students are welcome.
