The Parent Teacher Association is a group of EIS parents working together with teachers to
- Provide social and fundraising support to the school by means of events, projects, programs and donations.
- Support the goals, objectives and procedures of the EIS Board of Trustees.
- Act as a non-profit, non-political and non-partisan organization.
Each year the PTA's organizes the Christmas Market. This event is the biggest event for PTA as its profits make almost 50% of the budget that PTA utilizes through the year to sponsor other events and provide curriculum-based support to teachers and students. As each year, we need your help to make this event a success!
Volunteer Opportunities - Get Involved!
The PTA only works through the involvement of parent and teacher volunteers. The PTA has a range of programs and committees, from which parents and teachers can choose to join, share their talents, give their time and help contribute to a positive environment at EIS.
The PTA always appreciates new volunteers whether to help out with an event for a few hours, being a class representative or to chair a committee during the school year. If you would like to become more active in the Parent Teacher Association, please download the Volunteer Information Form or contact anyone in the PTA.
